NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE 'SOFTWARE') CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Ownership
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by László Frank, the OWNER. Your license confers no title or ownership of the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE .

2. License grant

The OWNER grants you to use this SOFTWARE on the same number of computers as specified at purchase time.

'You' means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. 'Use' means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the SOFTWARE. You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or control features of the SOFTWARE except as an intended part of the SOFTWARE's programming features. This license is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual.

2. Beta / Demo version

The beta and demo version of this SOFTWARE are available for evaluation purposes only.

The beta version means that the particular version of the SOFTWARE is still under development and therefore may conatin bugs or may not function properly. You can download a beta version and use it free of charge as long as the final release of that particular version is not available for download. When a new version of the SOFTWARE is released as final all previous beta versions must be upgraded to either the final version or a demo version in no more than 30 days after the availabilty of the final version.

The demo version of this SOFTWARE is a limited version of a corresponding final version and available for allowing customers a „try before buy” purchase costruction.
3. Final / Commercial version

The final version of this SOFTWARE is not free. You must purchase it to use it.

4. Distribution
Pretty Good Terminal may not be redistributed without the prior written permission of the OWNER. Written permission means a paper signed by the OWNER, therefore any electronic version of permission can not be considered as valid.

5. Restrictions
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE. You may not alter or modify the installer program or create a new installer for the SOFTWARE.

6. Copyright
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. The SOFTWARE and all rights are owned by the OWNER and are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property ofthe OWNER and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. Some part of the WMR code may by licensed under the terms of LGPL .

7. No Warranty, No Liability
THE OWNER DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. THE OWNER MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE OWNER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE OWNER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU HEREBY ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF ALL USE OF THE COPIES OF SOFTWARE COVERED BY THIS LICENSE.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary. If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

9. Entire Agreement
This is the entire agreement between you and the OWNER that supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
